Our Midmade Aluminium concertina attic ladder is made in Sweden and supplied ready to fit.
The LEX 30 SAX Aluminium concertina attic ladder is a premium product – the aluminium ladder lies on an insulated hatch door. The frame and hatch are untreated and will require painting once installed. A spring counter-balance enables smooth opening and closing. A 3-point locking system is accessed using an 800mm key.
The ladder sits on the trap door when folded up and is supported by two rollers –one at the
second tread from the bottom and one at the second tread from the top. A pull out stop is
mounted at the two lowest treads.
To adjust the height of the ladder treads can be removed to suit (all except the top and bottom tread).
