Flashings:
Pitched roof Velux skylights come standard with an EDW flashing kit. Please note that these flashing kits can only be used on roofs with a pitch of 15 degrees or greater. If you are installing these skylights into a roof with a pitch less than 15 degrees you will need to use custom flashings – the back of the skylight needs to be raised to a minimum 15 degrees and then the flashings made to suit the situation.

The Velux skylights come standard with High Performance Double Glazing.
