Return and Refund Policy


Our return and refund policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.



RJ Group WA will accept returns for products we have sold if you have changed your mind if the following conditions have been met –

  • The return has been initiated within 7 days of delivery or pick up.  The first step is to contact us via telephone (08) 9256 2222 or email to advise you wish to return the item.
  • The item is unopened and in its original condition.  Packaging must be in its original condition.
  • You provide us with a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Returns need to be directly shipped to us at 1/6 Meares Way Canning Vale WA 6155 at your own expense.  We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that items arrive to our premises and are not damaged in transit.
  • We reserve the right to charge a max $50.00 restocking fee on items returned.

We will not accept returns for products or items that have been manufactured or cut to order unless they are faulty.  With these goods you must check carefully for measurement, profile and colour prior to ordering.

Under Australian law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement should a product be faulty.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:

  • are defective (the defect not being caused by you)
  • do not match the description or sample provided by us
  • do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would

This refund policy applies if you return the goods within a reasonable period of time and you can prove that you have purchased the item from us.
